Question 2

what do you get?

Question 3

what if i don't know my birth time?

Accepted Answer

you can still get your reading. your type, profile, and frequencies come through without an exact time, but your authority and some centre definitions need one, so those parts will be approximate. we'll note what's approximate so you know what to trust.

Question 4

do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

if something's off with your reading, we'll make it right: email hello@theeaesthete.co. because of the nature of the product (a personalized reading made from your birth data), we don't do refunds.

Accepted Answer

AI does the chart maths and drafts the data. we write the copy and a human reads and approves every one before it's sent.

Question 6

what happens to my birth details?

Accepted Answer

we only use your birth date, time and city to make your reading. we don't sell them. we share them only with the tools we use to build your reading. want them gone? email hello@theeaesthete.co and we'll delete them.
