These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aesthete's website, app, and services (the "Services"), operated by Ali Blasioli, sole proprietor, operating as aesthete ("aesthete," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence (18 in most jurisdictions) to create an account or purchase the Services. By using aesthete, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, including your name, email, and birth information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@theeaesthete.co if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes on another person's rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models, proprietary content, or underlying methodology
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit readings or content generated for you without our written permission
- Use another person's birth information without their consent to generate a compatibility or interaction report
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services' operation or security
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, methodology, card copy, "frequency" language, design, and software comprising the Services are owned by aesthete or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Your personal Blueprint and generated readings are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them for personal purposes (e.g., social media) but may not resell or represent them as your own original content.
- "aesthete" and associated marks are trademarks of Ali Blasioli.
5. Payments
- Prices for products and subscriptions are listed on the Services. The currency you are charged (Canadian Dollars or US Dollars) depends on your location and is shown to you at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases and, where applicable, recurring subscription charges.
- All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Subscriptions
Annual and monthly subscription terms, including automatic renewal, cancellation, and price change provisions, are detailed in our Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. AI-Generated Content & Limitations
- aesthete uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate readings, interpretations, and related content.
- AI-generated content is generated based on the birth and other information you provide and can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
- AI-generated content does not reflect the personal opinion of any individual human reader unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR REFLECTION, SELF-AWARENESS, CREATIVITY, AND PERSONAL GROWTH PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE, AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS SUCH. See our full Disclaimer for details.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, aesthete AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100 CAD.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your home jurisdiction.
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by emailing hello@theeaesthete.co.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; certain provisions (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
