These Subscription Terms apply to aesthete's Monthly and Annual subscription plans and are incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
1. Plans
- Monthly Subscription: $8 CAD billed every month
- Annual Subscription: $64 CAD billed once per year, includes 4 complimentary Interaction Reports per year
Current pricing is always listed on our website and app at checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each renewal at the then-current price, unless you cancel first.
- We will send a renewal reminder email 14 days before your annual renewal so you have the opportunity to cancel before being charged. For monthly subscriptions, your recurring charge date is available in your account at all times.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by emailing hello@theeaesthete.co.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, with no partial refund for the remaining time (see Refund Policy for exceptions).
- There is no cancellation fee.
4. Access After Cancellation
- Once your subscription period ends, your access to subscriber-only content and benefits (including any remaining complimentary Interaction Reports) ends.
- Previously generated Readings and Blueprints tied to your account remain accessible per our Privacy Policy data retention terms, even after subscription cancellation, unless your account is also deleted.
5. Payment Failures
- If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days.
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
6. Price Changes
- We may change subscription pricing from time to time.
- Any price change will apply starting from your next renewal after the change, and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
- Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before the new price applies.
7. Communication of Renewals & Changes
We will communicate renewal reminders, payment failures, and material changes to these terms via the email associated with your account. Please keep your contact information current.
